Nikolas has had a drive to help people with their struggles from an early age since seeing a Chiropractor and Osteopath for his injuries during school. He then successfully completed a 4 year Masters Degree to become a Chiropractor helping people by combining advice and education with manual therapy. During his first year of practise he will be completing a Post graduate Training Scheme with the College of Chiropractors to help solidify his patient care and management. In his personal time he enjoys cooking, weight training, playing pool, going to the cinema and attending live music events.

    Farzana has over 25 years of experience as a massage therapist. She is also a qualified Aromatherapist and graduated from Bradford University with a Hons degree in Health Studies. Farzana is fully qualified cupping therapist which she integrates into treatments to help with varied systemic and metabolic conditions.

      Reflexologist


      Allison Merryweather is a qualified Reflexologist and holds a VTCT L3 Diploma in Reflexology. Registered with the Association of reflexologists (AOR) the foremost aspirational and independent professional association for reflexology in the UK. Allison also appears on the NHS listings for reflexologists due to her high standard of training.


      Reflexology is a complementary therapy providing a time for relaxation where the patient has one to one attention and supportive touch in an empathetic listening environment. Reflexology can be used safely alongside standard healthcare to promote better health with an aim for homeostasis to be reached.

      Karena Serdecka

      Psychotherapist and EMDR Specialist


      Karena is a UKCP accredited integrative deep relational psychotherapist and EMDR specialist. She is also a member of the BACP, the Northern Guild for Psychotherapy and a clinical hypnotherapist with the GHR.

      Karena has been in practice since 2015 working with adults, adolescents and children, couples and groups.


      Her work includes Trauma, Attachment Issues, Developmental issues, Relationship issues, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Phobias, PND, Grief and Bereavement, Substance abuse, Personality disorders, Miscarriage, Anger, Loss and Separation, Couples Counselling, Domestic Abuse, Child Sexual Abuse, Suicidal Ideation, Reactive Attachment Disorder and more. She has worked in private practice, charities, schools and colleges, with the armed forces and police service and also provides nature-based therapy. Karena is warm, relational, supportive and approachable; emphasising a collaborative therapeutic relationship as central to her way of working.


      Her qualifications include EMDR, TA, CBT, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Couples and Family Therapies, Child and Adolescent counselling which provides her with a wide range of strategies in my toolkit to create a unique and bespoke treatment plan for you. Karena also lectures in psychology, psychotherapy and counselling and work at University. She is particularly interested in the recent neuroscientific connections made between neural development, trauma, development of the core self and the impact of the first 1000 days from conception on our adult selves.
