Shelly Dar is a highly sought-after therapist, speaker, and women’s empowerment advocatewith over 15 years of experience helping clients move from survival to true, sustainable healing. Her work blends counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, somatic mind-body practices, and ancient wisdomto support deep emotional and energetic transformation.
What sets Shelly apart is not only her clinical training – she’s AB/C registered and has been featured in Glamour Magazine, The Metro, BBC Radio 5 Live, and as a keynote speaker– but the fact that she has walked the path herself.
Having survived trauma, betrayal, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and profound emotional struggle, Shelly brings both compassion and credibility to her practice. She knows firsthand the terrain of low confidence, self-abandonment, toxic dynamics, and what it takes to reclaim peace, power, and purpose.
Shelly does this work for every woman who has ever felt like too much or not enough, for those who’ve forgotten what calm feels like, and for those who are ready — finally — to choose themselves.
Her greatest joy comes from seeing her clients rise with confidence, energy, and that unmistakable inner glow that comes from healing. In every session, retreat, or talk, Shelly reminds people of this truth:
You are not here to suffer. You are here to thrive.

Menopause Counsellor and Life Coach

Suzanne Barbour – Menopause Mentor and Life Coach
I'm Suzanne, a Menopause Mentor and Life Coach specialising in helping women navigate the emotional, physical and practical challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
I offer one-to-one support sessions for women who are feeling overwhelmed, unheard or unsure about what’s happening to their bodies and minds. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, brain fog, sleep issues or just not feeling like yourself, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
Alongside menopause support, I also offer coaching for women navigating cancer recovery and those exploring or living with an ADHD diagnosis. These experiences can bring added challenges during times of hormonal and emotional change, and my coaching provides a compassionate, informed space to make sense of it all and move forward with clarity.
As a menopausal woman myself, a cancer survivor, divorcee and veteran of the Royal Air Force, I know what it means to adapt through life’s toughest transitions. I combine lived experience with over 20 years in coaching and training to offer a safe, understanding space for women to be supported, informed and empowered.
I also work with families and workplaces to improve understanding of menopause and emotional wellbeing—because when the people around you 'get it', the journey becomes so much easier.
If you’ve ever found yourself thinking “Why didn’t anyone tell me this?”or ‘I wish I’d known that at the time—you’ve found the right place.
Let's make sure you're no longer in the dark about your own wellbeing.
